Parent App

To add children to your family, first ensure you have enough children on your plan to support them. Next, on the parent app, navigate to "Manage Family". On the top right hand corner of the screen you will see a small icon with a person and a plus symbol, tap this and begin filling the details required for your child, once these are filled out, you can press "NEXT" in the bottom right corner, select picture of a child and press "CREATE", again, in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Once you've done this, you should now see the new child has been added to your list of family members. On the right hand side of the new child row, you will be provided with a 5 digit one time use pairing code. To learn how to use that, please refer to "How do i setup and start using Supotco?" in the FAQs
This setting allows you to prevent "Timed apps" (Apps you've you've set to timed in the childs app permissions) from being available unless connected to a Wi-Fi network. This is useful for things such as data usage prevention, apps like YouTube and complex games can use up alot of mobile data. Limiting these apps to Wi-Fi only could save you money in overcharges every month. Additionally, if you only have one Wi-Fi password setup, i.e. at home, this setting can be used to disable all apps when they leave the house, automatically becoming available again when they return.
When you delete a child from your family, the child device will automatically attempt to de-activate and close itself, restoring the full functionality of the device. Additionally, when you delete a child, it is added back on to the max number of children on your plan. NOTE: removing a child will remove all permissions associated with that child, including the permissable apps/websites and contacts.
Child App

On the child application, navigate to the applications screen. Here, along the top of the screen will display the total number of hours, minutes and seconds remaining of app time for your child. This limit can also be changed by the parent in the manage family area of the parent app.
We currently do not support the ability to change the child user interface to suit different age groups. We do however try and design the app to be as age and gender neutral as possible. If you have any exception circumstances or wish to discuss this with us, please email Support@Supot.co
